These Terms govern your use of the TypeFix macOS app and the typefix.app website, operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Israel ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using TypeFix you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal or business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TypeFix on Macs you own or control, subject to these Terms and your purchased plan. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
TypeFix offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid license (one-time purchase, priced as shown at checkout, e.g., $14.99). Prices and features may change over time.
Purchases are sold and processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles billing, applicable taxes/VAT, and receipts, and its terms and refund process apply to your purchase. If you are an EU/UK consumer you may have a statutory withdrawal right. For refund requests, contact support@typefix.app and we will help process them through LemonSqueezy.
We may provide updates that fix, change or remove features. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working with new macOS versions.
TypeFix, its name, logo and software are our property and are protected by law. Text you type and correct with TypeFix remains entirely yours — we claim no rights to it.
TypeFix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will correct every text perfectly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of TypeFix. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
You may stop using TypeFix at any time (an uninstaller is provided in the DMG). We may suspend or terminate a license that breaches these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel will have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
